Crushing and Mining Equipment (An HE Parts Group Company) has launched a New Mobile VSI unit into the market. The VS 300 RR M.
The heart of the machine is Crushing and Mining Equipment’s (CME) own Auspactor VS 300 RR. The drive for the unit is comprised of two 300 KW electric drive motors coupled with 600 KW of available power and full variable speed capability (VSD). These VSD units give the VS 300 RR M unparallel flexibility for many VSI applications.
The Auspactor originally launched by CME in the mid 90,s and has been continuously developed to become the most powerful and flexible VSI available in mobile format in the Australasian market. The machine is 100% Australian content both in design and construction. It has been designed with Australian road regulations in mind and can be used on roads in every state in Australia.
The VS 300 RR M has many unique features such as the electrical control station. The MCC with the VSD units are located in a Mini cube container which is permanently mounted on the plant so all you have to do is connect up the Generator set and push the buttons for operation. The Mini cube is fitted with high volume air conditioning to allow the unit to work in Australia’s rugged environment in ambient temps of up to 50 deg C. It has been fitted with power outlets so it can operate up to two conveyors with its on board MCC.
The unit has also been designed with ease of maintenance in mind. It is fitted with a mounted jacking system which allows the unit to be raised up to 400mm from ground level.
There is also a plant mounted 1 ton lifting davit which folds down for transportation and is raised for operation of the unit.
The first unit was delivered in June 2011 and is successfully operating in Queensland Australia.
