Austmine was proud to support the recent Finnish Mining Delegation Mission to Australia. As part of the Finnish Australian Mission, Austmine hosted two networking events in Perth on 30 Jan 2012 and Brisbane on 1 Feb 2012. If you were present at this event or could not attend the Delegations presentation is now available for download to all Austmine members and supporters.

Among the 565 delegates, at the 44TH Canadian Mineral Processor Conference, which was a new record, there were 20 delegates registered from Australian and Austmine member companies.

Austmine broke new ground in September by leading the first ever official Australian industry delegation to Uzbekistan. Comprised of Austmine members, the purpose of the visit was to assess supply opportunities for the Australian mining equipment, technology and services (METS) sector and to meet with key mining contacts, relevant government officials and industry organisations.
