The Webinar Series

This webinar series is focussed on improving the chances of SME businesses to win work in major resources projects. The webinars will help businesses better understand the major projects environment with a focus on key success factors and buyer needs. It will also help businesses realistically assess the opportunity against their capability to deliver, and provide tips for how to prepare a successful bid, and then leverage the opportunity. The webinars will provide practical examples of what has worked or hasn’t work in the past, and will use case studies to drive home major themes.

Austmine is delivering a series of 6 webinars on the key tips for winning work in major projects. The webinar series will deliver real value through the insights of those who have “been there and done it”.

The first webinar in this series, titled "Assessing Major Project Opportunities", will to held on Monday 20 February 2017 from 12.30pm to 1.30pm AEST and will look at:

  • Understanding the major project environment;
  • Sources of information for major projects;
  • Evaluating the mandatory requirements - know the rules;
  • Unpacking the critical success factors;
  • What you can learn from other suppliers; and
  • Understanding the buyer and commercial drivers.
