About the Speakers

Bruno Mascart is the Founder and CEO of Altios Australia. Altios operates in 15 different countries including the USA, Brazil, China, Singapore, India, Russia, Mexico, Poland, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Canada, the UK and Australia. In addition to this existing subsidiaries, Altios has a network of consultants covering a further 80 countries throughout the world. Since 1991, the core business of Altios has been to provide assistance to companies wishing to expand their business to prime foreign markets.  Over the past 25 years, more than 3,500 companies used Altios services to implement or increase their sales revenue in these markets.

Brett Morgan, General Manager, Customer Relations, Russell Mineral Equipment has  extensive global corporate experience in key logistics, manufacturing and business development positions with multi-national firms have placed him in a unique situation to provide a highly intuitive, structured and intelligent service to RME’s customers for over ten years.

Brett has been solely responsible for identifying areas of operational optimisation for RME customers across the globe and especially in emerging markets in Eastern Europe/Russia, Central Asia, the Middle East and the CIS. Brett leads a global team of Business Development Managers, Capital Sales and Service Account Managers and Sales Coordinators to pursue world’s best practice standards of asset support and mill relining operations optimisation.

Ross Carter, Business Adviser, Entrepreneurs’ Programme, Austmine offers 30 years of insight into the Australian resources, contracting, mining and industrial services. As a business adviser, Ross brings a "best practice" but also practical approach to uncovering the real challenges faced when providing completed service offerings to major industrial and mining clients.
