This interactive and very practical workshop will assist you effectively communicate your capability to a major buyer. Bengalla procurement staff will join us for the first part of the session to provide a customer’s perspective. We will then cover the following topics that relate to key marketing tools and essential business development processes:

  • Assessing an opportunity
  • Understanding Buyer needs - key aspects of capability and capacity that are important to major buyers
  • Evaluating the competition
  • Developing value propositions and win strategies that are specific to each opportunity
  • How to write effective capability statements
  • Buyer engagement + positioning
