Webinar Recording: Recruitment & Retention in Difficult Markets

Webinar Recording: Recruitment & Retention in Difficult Markets

The second part of Austmine's Maximising Employee Performance in the METS World webinar series looked at Recruitment & Retention in Difficult Markets.

This webinar sought to identify, reinforce and build on the basic elements of employee recruitment and retention. In doing so, we had a panel present real-life case studies around the strategies they have implemented and experiences in the human resource management process.

Our expert panel included:

  • Stuart Walker, General Manager, CSE Uniserve
  • Scott Roberts, Director Client Services & OD Consulting, Rubicor
  • Peter Buckley, Chief Customer Officer, MyPass
  • Ross Carter, Business Advisor - Entrepreneurs' Programme, Austmine
