Expomin 2018: Australian METS Activities
Austmine has been working with Austrade and Innovation Partner METS Ignited to coordinate a range of events to assist Australian METS maximize their participation at Expomin.
Austmine will be taking its Smart Mining Networking to Santiago and co-hosting with Austrade an event on Wednesday, 25 April which will feature a panel of speakers to discuss the latest developments in Chilean mining. Following Expomin, Austmine will be taking a mission to Chile and Peru.
Austrade is once again organising the Australian Lounge at Expomin and participation options can be found here, with registrations closing on Wednesday February 28th. Austrade has been facilitating the participation of Australian companies at Expomin for more than 10 years and it is an excellent way to see firsthand why Chile is a global mining epicentre.
As Innovation Partner, METS Ignited will be hosting joint events and activities focused on profiling Australian METS innovation and connections with the Chilean innovation industry. A strong focus will be on the METSTech Passport, an exchange and collaboration program to help Australia and Latin American mining technology companies gain international exposure, cross-pollinate ideas and facilitate international expansion.
If you are travelling to Expomin to exhibit, participating in the lounge or just going along as a delegate, please let us know so we make sure you are invited to all relevant activities.
