Dassault Systèmes GEOVIA CEO to speak at Natural Resources Industry Forum in Perth

Newly appointed Dassault Systèmes GEOVIA CEO, Raoul Jacquand, will speak at the second annual Natural Resources Industry Forum in Perth, Australia on 23 September 2015.

Jacquand will host an industry panel discussion with mining executives, industry and technology experts. He will provide an in-depth perspective on current industry challenges, such as business stability, with an eye on how mining professionals can work together to apply world leading software technology from other industries to transform the mining industry.

The Natural Resources FORUM will kick off with a morning conference session followed by a networking lunch, before splitting into two afternoon tracks. The first track will bring together industry thought leaders and business executives to explore the latest mining solutions, while the second track is a GEOVIA Community Conference for attendees who are interested in learning more about the GEOVIA applications while developing their skills. Topics discussed will include the recent launch of GEOVIA SurpacTM 6.7 and user experiences from other mining organisations.

Representatives from Dassault Systèmes’ GEOVIA brand, which recently marked its 30th year anniversary of delivering innovative mining technology, will also present live technical demonstrations and displays throughout the event.

The Natural Resources Industry FORUM will be held on Wednesday, 23 September 2015 at The Old Brewery, from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm. This event is free to mining executives and GEOVIA customers.
