Hy-Performance Fluid Power Wins National Award for Training

Hy-Performance Fluid Power’s exceptional achievements in delivering/providing nationally recognised training was acknowledged as the best in Australia at the 22nd annual Australian Training Awards in Hobart on 19 November 2015.

This is the 5th Award that the company has been awarded this year, with National Awards for growth and export also major achievements and peer endorsements.

Hy-Performance Fluid Power has successfully manufactured and supplied hydraulic and drive products to the global mining industries for over 21 years. Specialising in hydraulic components for blast hole drilling rigs, the company has blue chip clients in six of the world’s seven continents.

With a reputation forged on excellence and technical expertise, nationally recognised training permeates throughout Hy Performance Fluid Power’s entire operations. Its 12 training objectives include strategies to ensure career advancement for staff, productivity and continuous improvement and growth.

Commencing in 1994, the Australian Training Awards are the peak, national awards for the vocational education and training (VET) sector, recognising individuals, businesses and registered training organisations for their contribution to skilling Australia.

Through showcasing best practice, the Australian Training Awards promote continuous improvement and innovation in the design and delivery of VET which has led to Australia wide awareness and respect for skilled-based careers and skills excellence.
