Webinar Recording: Water Management in the Mining Industry
Austmine recently held a live webinar that took an in-depth look into water management and treatment in the mining industry. A wide range of issues were covered by our expert panel from Hunter H2O, Earth Systems and DHI Water & Environment, such as the transforming nature of water management with the application of modern technologies and the treatment of acid and metalliferous damage.

Several factors have prompted the renewed focus on water management, including mine sites being in increasingly remote geographical locations, declining ore grades that will require an increase in intensity of mineral processes and will use more water; and an expanding range of regulations that will need closer monitoring and control of water during operations and of course into closure and rehabilitation in relation to tailings dams.
Only Austmine members are eligible to speak on webinars. If you'd like to discuss membership, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
