Austmine Deloitte CEO Leadership Lunch featuring First Quantum Minerals

Austmine and Deloitte are pleased to announce that our this CEO Leadership Lunch in Melbourne, will feature Ritesh Mishra, Optimisation Manager from First Quantum Minerals. 

Ritesh is responsible for running the business improvement and mining optimisation program for the Zambian operations at First Quantum Minerals limited. He has a team of engineers and graduates from multiple disciplines who work on several projects ranging from implementing new technology to creating in-house business improvement products for the group.

Ritesh started working for First Quantum Minerals Limited in 2012 and since then has been involved in a range of business improvement projects aimed at various parts of mining ranging from production optimisation to warehouse and inventory management. The key area of interest of his optimisation team at FQM is to gain insight into business problems using upcoming technologies, rigorous data analysis and designing mitigation measures.
