Maximising Employee Performance in the METS World Webinar Series: Part 3 - Getting the Most from Individual Employees

Your staff are critical to the success of your business.  Having the right people, in the right jobs, at the right time, and having them operate at peak performance is what we aspire to. However, for small to medium sized METS companies, without dedicated human resource departments, this can be a challenging exercise that poses considerable risk if not done properly.

Join us on this webinar to hear both from experienced HR professionals, and companies operating in the METS space; of the strategies that an organisation can embrace to maximise performance from each individual employee.

SME businesses face the same challenges as the big companies to manage the performance of their teams. So while lacking the dedicated HR team, how can SMEs still create and deliver an environment that sees employees want to come to work and demonstrate “presentism”?

So, looking past the details of performance management, the topics to be discussed on this webinar include –

  • What does it really mean to get the best from employees?
  • The role of Leadership behaviours
  • What defines a positive work environment
  • What value are the “added benefits”
  • Knowing that what gets measured gets done, how can a business measure “getting the most out of employees”

With input from the experiences of the panel members, the goal of this webinar is to detail a set of “takeaways” that business owners and managers from SMEs can use in their day to day activities.
