This is a unique and challenging time for business with ever changing scenarios and information. To assist SMEs in this environment Austmine has partnered with the Federal Government’s Entrepreneurs’ Programme to bring together practical suggestions for business continuity and managing through uncertainty with a webinar series “Managing Your Business In Difficult Times”.

Part 2 of our series will focus on Managing Your People. The unfolding crisis from COVID-19 is impacting the day-to-day operations of businesses around the world, with many facing challenges from government restrictions on work places and staff being denied access to customer sites. In this current landscape managing your people well, both in the immediate and medium term is critical to helping your business's sustainability.

Experts will join the team to explore how people can be managed during this period, and what the implications are for working from home including mental health and cyber security as well as employee retention.

Speakers will discuss:

  • Who should work from home and how
  • Managing staff working from home or other remote locations
  • Communication
  • Mental health implications
  • Employee retention
  • Cyber security risks

At the end of the webinar, there will also be an opportunity to ask questions of the panel.

The information in this webinar is provided for general informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice.
