This is a unique and challenging time for business with ever changing scenarios and information. To assist SMEs in this environment Austmine has partnered with the Federal Government’s Entrepreneurs’ Programme to bring together practical suggestions for business continuity and managing through uncertainty with a webinar series “Managing Your Business In Difficult Times”.

Part 4 of our series will focus on Supply Chain Essentials. The unfolding crisis from COVID-19 is impacting the day-to-day operations of businesses around the world, with many facing challenges from supply chain disruption – from lack of component production through to logistical issues. In this landscape businesses relying directly on raw materials or products must now consider the development of a set of time-based supply continuity strategies to de-risk ongoing and future supply.

Experts will join the team to explore supply chain risk mitigation strategies based on immediate, short to medium and, as recovery occurs, a longer-term view.
