This is a unique and challenging time for business with ever changing scenarios and information. To assist SMEs in this environment Austmine has partnered with the Federal Government’s Entrepreneurs’ Programme to bring together practical suggestions for business continuity and managing through uncertainty with a webinar series “Managing Your Business In Difficult Times”.

Part 1 of our series will focus on Cash Flow Management. The unfolding crisis from COVID-19 is impacting the day-to-day operations of businesses around the world, with many facing challenges from falling demand for products and services and supply chain disruption. In this current landscape cash flow management is critical to helping your business's sustainability.

Experts will join the team to explore how cash flow can be managed during this period, government assistance available and how to access it, and practical advice for managing the timing of payments.

Speakers will discuss:

  • The importance of cash flow management in a challenging business environment
  • The basics in cash flow management and key tips for success
  • Government grants and support programs available for SMEs
  • Appropriate timing for accessing grants in different scenarios
  • Best practice for solidifying financial relationships
  • Specific information regarding assistance for exporters

At the end of the webinar, there will also be an opportunity to ask questions of the panel.

The information in this webinar is provided for general informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice.
