Cut-off Grades and Strategy Optimisation Two Day Seminar

Getting your cut-off grade and other operating strategies right can add more value than any other business improvement initiative, often increasing the value of an operation by in excess of 30%.

AMC’s office in Perth is very pleased to bring Brian Hall back to the West Coast for this not-to-be-missed two-day seminar on cut-off grades and mine strategy optimization. Join us on 15-16 October for a seminar that will change the way you mine!

Seminar details

Date: Monday 15 – Tuesday 16 October 2018

Time: 9.00 AM – 5.00 PM (8.45 AM registration time for first day of the workshop)

Cost: $1,800 plus GST (booking fees included)

Included: Two-day seminar, lunch, refreshments, and a USB copy of Brian’s book “Cut-off Grades and Optimising the Strategic Mine Plan”.

The two-day seminar will provide participants with a solid understanding of the principles involved as well as a number of opportunities to work on realistic problems to reinforce and consolidate the principles learned.

The course is suited to everyone in the industry with an interest in maximizing value, from the CEO to the junior mining engineer and geologist, as well as industry investors and analysts.

Please note: Practical exercises in the two-day workshop are done using Microsoft Excel™. Participants should therefore be reasonably proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel™ and bring a laptop/notepad with Excel™.
