DINGO Appoints Susan Warby as Chief Executive Officer
Enterprise software veteran to accelerate growth and expansion in the predictive maintenance market
Brisbane, Australia - May 01, 2019 - Dingo, the global leader in predictive maintenance software, today announced the appointment of Susan Warby as Chief Executive Officer. Reporting to the board of directors, she assumes responsibility for the management and operations of the company. An accomplished commercial leader, Warby will accelerate growth, build on an established customer-focused culture, and lead the company to capitalise on emerging opportunities in the fast-growing predictive maintenance sector.
This appointment marks an important milestone in the history of Dingo, a pioneer in digital solutions for asset-intensive industries, as Warby succeeds the organisation’s longstanding CEO, Paul Higgins. Higgins will transition to Executive Chairman of the board and will continue to strategically guide the organisation working closely with Warby.
For over 25 years, Higgins has led Dingo through many waves of growth and innovation to build an industry-leading global company that provides actionable intelligence to asset-intensive industries including mining, energy, and rail. During his tenure, Dingo customers have realised more than US$650 million in savings by improving the health and availability of major assets.

Warby joins Dingo from SAI Global, an enterprise software company, where she held several leadership positions. Throughout her career, much of which has been with large corporations including News Corp and Caltex, she has developed a broad range of leadership and commercial skills. Her diverse background spans product management, business development and several operational roles providing her with a detailed understanding of management across a variety of industries.
