  • Synchronised lifting system offers enhanced built-in safety and heavy duty pin locking system.
  • Synchronised lifting system allows for quicker and safer operation than traditional crane operated methods
  • Lifting system available with all complete shutdown packages in Western Australia, New South Wales and Queensland.

Mader Group is now offering a synchronised lifting system for slew bearing and undercarriage change outs.

Announcing their partnership with Australian owned and operated lifting and maintenance supplier, Global Lift, Mader are pleased to have this solution now available with all HME shutdown packages.

Decreasing downtime and increasing efficiency of the shutdown operation, this superior technology can cut a standard shutdown job from 10 days to just three.

Reduced downtime means improved return rates for customers, with heavy equipment able to be back online, powering at optimal performance faster.

The lifting system provides a safer method than traditional lifting structures such as cranes, with the multiple cylinders able to be remotely controlled by the system operator.

Mader HME Shutdowns Manager, Steve Edwards says that the enhanced safety of the lifting technology is a considerable benefit for his team.

“Global Lift helps us do what we do best. Not only is the system more efficient, it provides a safer method for lifting large structures as fewer personnel are required to be in contact with the load,” said Mr Edwards.

“This versatile synchronised lifting system comes packed into one truck, with jigs available to suit an extensive range of machinery.”

Currently based in Western Australia (Port Hedland) and Queensland, the lifting solutions are ready to go – with bearings, bolts, labour and lifting all supplied.

Get in touch with Mader Group today to see how this technology can be incorporated into your next shutdown package.
