GMG Mining Forum - REGISTRATIONS NOW CLOSED

Join Austmine, Global Mining Guidelines Group and METS Ignited on August 14-15 at the GMG Perth Forum to discuss the future of mining and technologies driving productivity in the mining industry. Critical topics will include artificial intelligence, autonomous mining, interoperability, digital transformation, IIoT and more.

Mineral commodities account for 77% of Western Australia’s total sales value.* As a large and sparsely populated region with many fly-in/fly-out operations, Western Australia faces challenges with skill shortages. In response, the region has become a front-runner for innovation in remote operations centres, advanced autonomous technologies, underground innovation and test facilities. Rio Tinto, Roy Hill and BHP Billiton all have innovative remote operation centres right in Perth that are leading the way. The region’s experience will be invaluable in discussions of the future of mining that will happen at this forum.
