Job Opportunity: Austmine Marketing & Communications Coordinator
Austmine is currently seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our head office team in Sydney.

The role will allow you to contribute to the direction of Austmine’s marketing & communications strategy, develop our social media plan and expand the portfolio of marketing services for members.
You will be tasked with driving increased engagement in Austmine’s services through a variety of promotional activities and communications channels, aiming to grow attendance at networking events, boost website traffic and social media engagement and increasing the utilisation of membership services.
Specific duties include:
- Creating and delivering marketing campaigns aimed at boosting member acquisition and retention, along with event participation.
- Designing and producing unique and engaging communications to drive member and prospect interaction with Austmine.
- Managing, maximising and reporting on Austmine’s social media channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
- Management of Austmine's website and industry directory platform, OZ METS Hub.
The Marketing & Communications Coordinator will be an enthusiastic and energetic team player with the ability to think creatively and contribute new ideas to our collaborative team environment. You will work closely with other team members to create appealing messaging and innovative communications plans for Austmine’s range of industry-critical events and programs.
You should have a minimum of 1-year experience in relevant marketing and communications roles, and have worked with Microsoft office, email marketing platforms and social media. The ideal candidate should have tertiary qualifications in marketing or communications fields, with a university degree desired.
