Shane Townsend
Technology Specialist – Power Distribution

Shane began working with NHP over 9 years ago as Application Engineer. Before this he was working as a Licensed Electrician and project engineer for a reputable generator supplier in NSW. Throughout his career he has developed a broad knowledge covering power quality, low voltage networks, power system protection, switchboards and motor control among other interests.

Shane currently holds the role of Technology Specialist – Power Distribution for NHP. He has a keen interest in safety and quality of low voltage power distribution systems by employing SMART Strategies to ensure reliability and performance for critical infrastructure.
